East West Gallery, based in Notting Hill West London, is
paying a visit to the East End, bringing the work of painter Cathy
Fenwick. Cathy Fenwick studied sculpture
at the Royal Academy Schools 1980-83 tutored by sculptor Bryan Kneale. She won a Henry Moore Fellowship in 1982 and
the Landseer Prize in 1983. Fenwick
exhibited with the Treadwell Gallery 1983-91, including ‘La Groupe Show’, of
women artists in 1983. Cathy
Fenwick has shown at East West Gallery since 1992 to date. The East West Gallery
was established in 1990 is run by Jill Morgan it shows mainly contemporary, figurative
works.
